Differential Diagnosis Tool Limitations

• Suggestions are algorithmic and may be incomplete or incorrect.
• Not ranked by likelihood; may miss rare or emergent conditions.
• You must conduct independent clinical assessment.

Documentation Tool Limitations

• Generated notes may contain errors; you must review and verify.
• Does not constitute medical records until authenticated by you.
• You remain responsible for accuracy and compliance.

AI and Machine Learning

• AI may produce inaccurate or misleading information (“hallucinations”).
• AI lacks clinical judgment; verify all outputs.

User Eligibility

• Intended for licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, NPs, PAs, etc.).
• You warrant you hold a valid license and will maintain credential accuracy and account security.

Clinical Responsibility and Liability

You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care. Medisanica provides reference material only.
